Many of us try that “All or Nothing” quick-fix way of trying to change our weight, our eating patterns,
and work to get fit and tone up ...
... but we can often find that the quick-fix we’d embarked on, simply didn’t deliver for us.
Quick fixes are just that…quick!
They rarely achieve lasting change, and we often find ourselves back where we began,
and sometimes, even worse off!
So shouldn’t your next question be “Why?”
“Why am I feeling like this?”
“Why did I behave like that?”
“Why does this always happen?”
... the list goes on.
By knowing how you’d arrived at a particular point in your life, you could better understand the steps and the journey needed to get to the place you really wanted to be?

Part 1 of

The First Step Of Your Journey With Us
*The first course in our series begins wth an in-depth assessment of “Where are you now?"
*Beginning with the completion of a set series of information-gathering tasks and assignments, you will provide key data for the Coaches. This is then followed-up by an in-depth analysis with you and the coaches, examining “Where You Are”, and “Where You Want To Be”.
*Working with the Coaches, they help you to identify, and learn how to tackle potential barriers which are preventing you from reaching your destination.
*We pose the question, “Are You Ready, Willing and Able?”. This is a process of working with you and exploring your goals, together with examining individual expectations vs their reality.
*We introduce food, and work to remove the perceived power of this, by reframing it as a fuel for the body.
*We introduce movement, looking at just how much we already do in our everyday lives, without simply realising it. We don’t need to workout to add movement to our day!
*Throughout the course, you will have a series of weekly scheduled video reviews with the coaches, together with regular communication to ensure you feel fully supported throughout your time with us.
*A full review of the your completed workbooks will be carried out at the end of your course, followed by a Stage-1 Personalised Action Plan, drawn up by the coaches for you to then put into action. (This process can be implemented on your own, or if you wish, you can sign up for the follow-on course, and have the continued support of the coaches into the next stage of The Why Series.)

Continuing Your Journey With Us
*The second course in our series helps you put your Personalised Action Plan from course 1 into practice, with the ongoing support from the Coaches
*We delve into the science behind Why we react to situations in certain ways, and we look at the types of foods we gravitate towards in stressful situations.
*Going further still, we examine emotional eating, “Mood vs Food”, and examine our behaviour, and develop our awareness of potential “triggers”.
*We look at Goal Setting, and the importance of doing this as a measuring tool
*We examine your “Pull”, and explain how simply ‘Wanting’ sometimes isn’t enough.
*We provide simple, easy to follow recipe ideas and menu planners, together with “Live” video cook-alongs with the coaches
*We look at the importance of movement and how it helps us connect and build relationships with others. We show the health benefits of incorporating movement into your daily life, and how this can be easily achieved.
*Throughout the course, as with course 1, you will have a series of weekly scheduled video reviews with the coaches and regular communication, to ensure you feel fully supported throughout your time with us.

My New Normal
*The final course in our series helps you put your Personalised Action Plan from course 2 into practice, with the ongoing support from the Coaches
*We explore the reality behind Stress, both good and bad, and how our bodies react to stress. We de-mystify stress-eating, and also how stress can be good for us in certain situations.
*We examine the importance of sleep and recovery, going into the myths and realities behind just how much we as individuals need in order to thrive and how too little or too much can affect us.
*Going further, the coaches will work closely with you on the explanation of pre-sleep routines and develop routines with the client, for you to use in you own world.
*Throughout the course, as with course 2, the you will have a series of weekly scheduled video reviews with the coaches, and regular communication to ensure you feel fully supported throughout your time with us.
*We revisit emotional eating and ask the question “How’s That Working For You?”, and look further into triggers and contingency strategies.
*"Consistency is Key". The coaches go into detail about how the small consistent changes are the long term winning formula in everything we do.
*”Know Your Why-Pause & Think”. We examine just how your own series of reactions and mannerisms manifest as a result of the steps you take each day, Working with the coaches, you will learn and understand the steps you can implement to maintain your own balance, empowering you to complete each and every day in a way that works best for you.
*"Life Going Forward"- My Intentions. Working with the coaches, you will discuss strategies for life going forward, and how this will look, implementing everything you’ve learned during your time working with the team.
*"Have A Goal". The coaches place one final challenge at your feet, providing you with an achievable target to reach.
